Invasion, the third electronic album from Aviel Leeoz is an audio epic thriller that is very much based on the title. Each song is the soundtrack to an event in the "Invasion", from Janku, a song that represents humanity as a whole coming to terms with the fact that an alien mothership is floating above them and the heavy emotion, anxiety and even fear that, that might entail, "Synth Lords", right at the beginning being the backdrop of a group of kids hiding in the crack of an alley way with an alien probe emitting a gut wrenching sound coming within steps of them, and then moving on, giving the kids the chance to burst out into a desperate dash across the city trying to flee capture, to more inspiring songs like "Leveling" which follows a group of resistance fighters battling their way onto an alien vessel filled with enigma, but then stumbling onto power that could tip the scales in the war. While being an epic cinematic backdrop, "Invasion" is still very much an electronic dance album, and so what Aviel continues to give, is music with meaning. Songs you can simply dance the night away listening to, or ones that you can sit at home and get absolutely lost in thinking about the possibilities of things that could happen during the "Invasion".
